$B acquisition of Rohm and Haas – end-to-end responsibility starting with Due Diligence and Valuation of Operations and Shared Services; transitioning into Integration responsibility for entire entity reporting to the Office of the Chief Executive
$MM acquisition of Wolff Cellulosics – end-to-end responsibility starting with Due Diligence and Valuation of Order to Cash; transitioning into Integration responsibility for entire entity reporting to the Business Group President
$MM joint venture with Tata Consultancy Services – formulation of business strategy for co-sourced BPO, and after CEO approval, responsibility for start-up and implementation culminating in 5 locations globally “following the sun” for operational and transactional support across all business functions
